Graeme Wright
Chief Digital Officer, Manufacturing, Utilities, and Services, UK and Ireland at Fujitsu
Graeme Wright is CTO for Manufacturing, Utilities and Services at Fujitsu in the UK and Ireland, and has been at the company for 17 years. Graeme leads the business development for the sector, and is specifically focused on IoT, analytics and smart technologies. His role involves exploring how they can be used to devise solutions in the energy and utilities, as well as the built environment sectors to optimise asset management and deliver a step change in business performance.
Graeme has a first degree in Computing Science and a Masters in Business Administration. He has successfully used his experience and knowledge of both business and technology to deliver IT enabled change for many organisations. Outside of work, Graeme has completed a project to build his own house and plays regularly in a band.

Tony O’Malley is CEO of Fujitsu Ireland and Chairman of the Fujitsu Ireland Limited board. He is leading the delivery of Fujitsu’s innovative ICT services to the public and private sectors.
As CEO, Tony is committed to creating value for customers and putting into practice Fujitsu’s vision to create a Human Centric Intelligent Society.
He also oversees significant research programmes in Ireland in collaboration with Fujitsu Laboratories Japan, in particular addressing Data Analytics and Healthcare systems for assisted living.
Tony sits on the Dublin Chamber of Commerce Council and is a member of the Insight Centre for Data Analytics Advisory Committee.

Haydn Jones
Account Managing Director - Media at Fujitsu
Haydn Jones is an Account Managing Director within our Media team, focused on reshaping the sector with mature and emerging technology.
He is a former Management Consultant, having spent five years at A. T. Kearney, advising and leading on IT Outsourcing and operational efficiency solutions across a broad range of sectors.
He is a graduate of Manchester University, Electronics and Electrical Engineering, FIET, holds a Dip. Law from City University and completed his Bar Finals in 1995. He is the former Chair of the City of London Citizen's Advice Bureau and Liveryman of the Worshipful Company of Information Technologists.
He is married, with one son, and lives in Islington. Outside of work, his interests include music, and writing screenplays.

Anthony Duffy is a highly experienced company director, senior manager and management consultant who has worked in the financial services industry and as an advisor to government for over thirty years.
In addition to advising numerous UK and continental European financial services organizations, Anthony has also held senior line management positions, including as Director of Strategy for a FTSE-100 bank; Deputy Managing Director of a UK commercial bank; and Managing Director of a UK asset finance company. He has also worked in central government, advising Cabinet ministers of the development and passage of company legislation.
Anthony joined Fujitsu in February 2012.

Martin is an experienced Business Consultant who has worked across multiple market sectors in the ICT industry for over 20 years, following a career in financial services.

Darminder Ghataoura
Dr. Darminder Ghataoura has over 15 years’ experience in the design and development of AI systems and services across the UK Public and Defence sectors as well as UK andinternational commercial businesses. Darminder currently heads up Fujitsu's offerings and capabilities in AI and Data Science within the Defence and National Security space, acting as Technical Design Authority with responsibility for shaping proposals and development of integrated AI solutions. He also manages the strategic technical AI relationships with partners and UK government and was awarded with the Fujitsu Distinguished Engineer recognition in 2020.
Darminder holds an Engineering Doctorate (EngD) in Autonomous Military Sensor Networks for Surveillance Applications, from University College London (UCL).

Dr. Keith Dear is Director Artificial Intelligence Innovation at Fujitsu Defence and National Security.Keith has served as an Expert Advisor to the Prime Minister on Defence Modernisation and the Integrated Review, leading also on UK space strategy in No. 10, and advising on national strategies on emerging technology.A former Intelligence Officer in the RAF he has served in Iraq, completed three deployments to Afghanistan, deployed to Abkhazia (Georgia) with the United Nations, to Mali alongside the French, and served on exchange with US Air Force.
Keith now continues his service as a Group Captain (Reserve) in 601 Squadron, leading on Science, Technology and academic liaison. He is a Chief of the Air Staff’s Fellow, Research Associate at Oxford’s Changing Character of War Programme and Associate Fellow at RUSI - where he guest edited the Special Edition on AI in November 2019.
He speaks widely on AI, Big Data and Decision-Making and was named one of the most relevant voices in European tech by the leading business ‘Big Things’ Conference in 2019.He holds a DPhil in Experimental Psychology from the University of Oxford. In 2011, he was awarded King’s College London’s O’Dwyer-Russell prize for his MA studies in Terrorism and Counter-Terrorism. He co-leads the Defence Entrepreneurs’ Forum (UK) and was founder and CEO of Airbridge Aviation, a not-for-profit start-up dedicated to delivering humanitarian aid by cargo drones.
Keith now continues his service as a Group Captain (Reserve) in 601 Squadron, leading on Science, Technology and academic liaison. Gerren Mayne is the UK Head of SAP Practice. He has worked in SAP for over twenty five years, initially as a SAP FICO consultant on R/3 before moving onto managing SAP implementation projects across EMEIA. Gerren moved into a Consultative Sales role during his tenure at IBM and has gone onto to lead SAP teams at Atos, HPE and Accenture before joining Fujitsu. I am the CTO Research Lead at Fujitsu. I have 35 years of experience in IT architecture and systems design and over 13 years of research collaborations within a number of consortia. I have been the technical lead and contributor to a wide range of research projects on the themes of Situational Awareness, Operational Logistics Decision Support, Information-Knowledge Management Systems and Enterprise Architecture capabilities. My interests are in multi-modal agent-based systems with neuro-symbolic AI knowledge representations and ML in graph networks including Reinforcement Learning, Data Centric Security (DCS), logic-based reasoning and probabilistic decision models, synthetic environment modelling and simulation driven optimisations. I am a Fujitsu Distinguished Engineer and hold a PhD in Computer Networks Modelling and Performance Analysis from The University of Manchester.

Reporting into Fujitsu’s retail leadership in Japan, Richard is responsible for coordinating, growing and promoting a global retail business across all our markets.
Richard is responsible for Fujitsu’s global retail strategy, which includes prioritizing markets, building the case internally and with partners for new solution development, and executing specific growth initiatives.
He develops and executes compelling and relevant retail strategies to expand key markets; he is responsible for developing a portfolio of global solutions and services to meet customers’ needs; and he works side by side with strategic customers to develop their relationship with Fujitsu. He leads and supports client specific sales campaigns and is responsible for building pipeline in targeted geographic or solution areas.

Chief Executive at Scottish Financial Enterprise
Prior to joining SFE in 2020, Sandy led the development of the Scottish Government’s Young Person’s Guarantee following an 18-month contract at Tesco Bank as the Chief Transformation Officer.
Sandy was responsible for the Global People, Organisation and Culture Integration following the successful merger of Standard Life and Aberdeen Asset Management. Before the merger Sandy was the Chief People Officer and Lead Executive for China and Hong Kong for Standard Life for eight years. During this time, he led the Standard Life HR team to be recognised as one of the top performing functions in the UK and also led the turn-around of Standard Life’s Chinese Joint Venture. Sandy was appointed Senior Advisor to the Standard Life Asia Board in July 2020, having been Chair of the Hong Kong-based Board since 2014. Before joining Standard Life, Sandy held similar Transformation and Group HR Director positions within Aegon, Scottish Power and the Royal Bank of Scotland.
Sandy holds several non-executive positions including Chair of Career Ready, Non-Executive Director of Place 2 Be and Chair of the Centre for Moving Images. Sandy was awarded a CBE in the Queen’s Birthday Honours List in August 2018 for services to business and social inclusion.

She has worked closely and effectively with the Government oversight functions such as Cabinet Office, Crown Commercial Service and Government Business Services (formerly known as Government Shared Services), as well as with senior stakeholders across the public sector.

Jason Cunningham
Jason started his IT career straight out of university when he joined Fujitsu in 1999 as a developer.He left the organisation in 2002 to work for SEGA, before re-joining Fujitsu in 2007.In 2014, he was recognised by his peers for his technical excellence and admitted to the Fujitsu Distinguished Engineer Scheme.
His early career focussed on applications development where he worked on a diverse set of projects in retail, online gaming, and government.He then progressed into systems architecture, before becoming an Account CTO.In this role, he’s worked on a number of large accounts including the Home Office and the UK Border Force.Over the last three years, Jason has been focussed on the Transport sector where he has worked alongside many of the Transport Operators in the UK.
Jason lives in the suburbs of Reading with this wife, daughter, and son.They take up most of his time outside of work, but he does enjoy spending his Sunday evenings watching his favourite NFL team, the Jacksonville Jaguars.

Paul Hudson
Paul Hudson is a retired Senior RAF Officer who has extensive experience of working in Industry, initially with Lockheed Martin heading their Business Development for Logistics and Sustainment and is now the Head of Logistics and Support for Fujitsu Defence and National Security (DNS). A qualified Logistics Engineer at MSc Level he has led change programmes in Contracting for Availability (CfA) environments for Fast Jet and Rotary aircraft.
Paul has also focused during his industry and military careers in Logistics Information Services being directly involved with JAMES, LITS, GOLDesp and F-35 ALIS extensively covering Data Quality, Master Data Management and Data Governance.He represents Industry on Joint MoD/Industry boards and steering groups and has provided thought leadership in the areas of Output Based Contracting and Support Improvement techniques.

Frank Dunsmuir has over 20 years’ experience working for global technology organisations delivering services and solutions to the retail and supply chain industry, as well as major government programmes including DVLA’s electronic vehicle licencing and TfL’s congestion charging systems.
Today, Frank is an expert in new and emerging technologies, and how these can deliver innovative solutions to clients. He leads Fujitsu's relationship with the Customs and International Trade division of HMRC, identifying how technology can play a role in addressing both today's, and future, customs and trade business challenges.
Frank’s current focus is to support Government with its preparations for the UK's EU exit, together with the development of a vision of its future border capability for the UK, which will support growth in global trade and GDP.
